Cancelling

Cancel anytime through Payhip — the link is in your subscription receipt email, or email support@tradietenders.com.au and we'll cancel it for you. No phone calls, no "retention offers". Alerts continue until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stop.

Refunds — the honest position

• Cancellation is not pro-rata: when you cancel mid-month you keep access for the rest of that month, but the current month's A$18 isn't partially refunded. At this price we keep billing simple rather than clipping cents.
• First month not what you expected? Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no interrogation.
• Our stuff-up (billed after cancelling, double-charged, service down for a sustained stretch): full refund of the affected charges, plus an apology.

Your statutory rights

Nothing above limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure you're entitled to remedies regardless of this policy.

How refunds are paid

Back to your original payment method via Payhip, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
