Last updated: 2 October 2026. Short version: we store the minimum needed to send you tender alerts, and we don't do anything else with it.

What we collect and why

• Your email address and alert preferences (trades, region) — stored so we can send you the alerts you're paying for. That's the entire purpose.
• Subscription status events from Payhip (subscribed, cancelled) — so alerts start when you pay and stop when you cancel.

What we don't do

• No payment data. Payments are handled entirely by Payhip and their payment processors. Your card details never touch our systems. See Payhip's privacy policy.
• No tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, no ad cookies on this site in its current version. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of your email or preferences with anyone, full stop.

Where it lives

Subscriber records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare's distributed storage). Alert generation runs on our own infrastructure.

Your controls

• Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
• You can update your trades and region anytime at the preferences page.
• Want your data deleted outright? Email support@tradietenders.com.au and we'll remove your record and confirm.
